    I would like to ask, why is the signal of smart at Batad, Iloilo is still Edge while in it’s neighboring town like estancia is 3G, people would like to achieve faster internet browsing and faster setvice rendered. The amount of people who wants this kind of service is large enough for us to be given this kind of service that is due to us.     hi, just want to inform you that you have the worst service provider ever. Before i could talk to your call center agent katakot takot muna na load ang uubusin bago sila makausap. Another concern of mine is wala na naman kau signal dito sa part of Canlubang, calamba city. Malaking abala kau sa business namin. Ano ba naman ang ginagawa nyo? Kailan nyo ba maibalik ang signal dito. Last time almost a week na walang signal naulit n naman ngayon. How long will it last?

    bakit di ko magamit ang calls ng TRINET30 promo ninyo? tama naman ang pagkaka dial ko ng *2477 plus ang 11-digit number..bakit ang sinasabi, your number cannot be completed as dialed…joke lang ba tong promo nio na to?

    800plus a month at and ang connection ay laging wala be fair!!!! SMART sa mga client pinaayus na namin yun just this year and we buy new desktop

    until now wla pang sgnal fon ko, d nman cra ang fon ko… i inserted other sim in other network meron nman signal. but with my smart buddy sim wlang signal in fact i already change my sim pack same contact #.

    Hello, ask lang about roaming, kasi I want to reactivate kaso po diba kailangan ng minimum balance na 100 peso load. Pero ang problema first load worth 50 pesos ng pamilya ko di ko natanngap ngayon natakot ako mag load na 100 baka di pumasok sayang lang.. pls help po di po kasi ako makareceive ng text. salamat

    Your transaction processing is very slow!!! pina transfer ng ate ko yung load na sa new sim card nya as i need it and my husband need it for his roaming as well pero ina araw araw nyo lang pag promise na matransfer yung load and today you asked for the last transaction document para faxed s inyo, OMG! anung next na hihingiin nyo na document!!!     baket po ndi ko ma acces yung fb ko sa phone ko (samsung corby2)? nka register na ako sa FB 10 send to 211. Tumawag ako sa *888 and the csr told me na try ko daw mag download ng link sa net ng smart. na download ko na yung new version pero same response pdin nag re-reconnect pdin :( tapos 3rd tym na tumawag ako bka daw sa phone settings yung prob. nag tanung ako anu ung tama na settings? SmartGPRS? SmartMMS? or Smart Internet? Sabe Smart Internet daw. pero ganun pdin eh. Reconnect pdin yung response na try ko na din po pla i off yung phone ko for about 5mins. useless pdin. Help me pls! :( Thank you.

    di2 s bayanan, bacoor, cavite laging nawa2lan signal. last year di namantg. gani2, pero now naka2inis n laging nawa2la ang signal. minsan mga text di naka2rating.
