But till now not recharge in my mobile (XXXXXXXXXX). I went door to door at Customer Care by phone and at your recognized shop,Nodol Office Tatatel (by phone and Fax). But I have not received any help from them about this mater. The customer care against my previous complain mail your request docket number is XXXXXXXXXX. They take always an apology and look forward to a very warm and fruitful association with me, but not any satisfied resolution . Now I am submitting more information regarding my recharge for your further information, which is attached here with by email XXXXXXXXXX@tatatel.co.in & XXXXXXXXXX@tatatel.co.in Please take necessary action.
