Spice Telecom Bill Pay / Payment Modes
You can now pay your Spice bills either by cash or cheque at any of our collection points spread across Karnataka. Spice Telecom has also tied up with ICICI Debit/ATM card, you can avail this facility to buy Spice currency at over 150 ATMs across Karnataka, then *321#15 digit code# and recharge your account. Standard administration fee applicable.
Electronic Clearing Services (ECS)
The Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) helps you pay your mobile phone bill from your bank account, electronically; which means you do not have to issue a cheque every month or worry about payments being lost or delayed. This service is provided to you absolutely free of charge. To avail this facility, all you need to have is a bank account and then register yourself by filling up an ECS application form available at any of our Spice showrooms.
Auto Debit is for those of you who wish to pay your bills using your Credit Card. To avail this facility all you need to do is fill the Auto Debit Form available with us. The only criterion being that the Credit Card needs to be affiliated to either Master or VISA.
Spice Postpaid Token
Postpaid subscribers can now avail the facility of Spice Postpaid token which are available in denominations of Rs. 100, Rs. 300, Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000.Buy this token and credit your account instantly by entering the 15 digit scratch code.

Bill Payment from your mobile
For those of you who are too busy to come down to a collection point or a Spice showroom to pay your bill, Spice has launched this facility wherein all you need to do is dial 6650 from your Spice phone. A representative will then come and meet you, at a pre-appointed time as per your convenience, collect the cheque/cash, pay the bills and revert to you with the proof of payment. This facility is currently available in Bangalore only. Standard service charges are applicable.
Spice Telecom has tied up with Citibank to offer you the facility of paying your bills through phone banking. If you are a Citibank Suvidha account holder, all you need to do is call 080 2272484 or 2272265 to register for this facility. After registration, you can just call these numbers and authorize them to pay your bill.
Spice Telecom has also tied up with Citibank and HDFC to offer the facility of paying your bills through their ATMs. All you need to do is have an account with those banks and register for the facility by filling up relevant application forms available at the branches. After you register yourself, you are ready to pay your Spice bills through the ATM’s of these banks.
Spice Telecom has tied up with ICICI bank, HDFC bank Citibank, so that you can pay your bills online.
To avail this facility, you need to have an account with the respective banks and need to register yourself by filling an application form available at the various branches. After registration, you can log on to the websites of the respective banks. – www.icicibank.com, www.hdfcbank.com, www.citibanksuvidha.com or www.citibank.com/india – key in your respective User ID and Password/HPIN, the amount you want to pay and authorize the payment.
Spice also tied up with Bill Junction Payments Ltd., so that you can pay your bills online.
