I had activated on my mobile number (9870230435) sms pack of rs 11 free 200 sms last week which expired yesterday(10th may 2012 , thursday ).Without my information rs 11 was deducted from my balance towards renewal .The customer was not informed of how to deactivate the sms pack and also also i had not recieved any confirmation message of renewal.This was done without my consent and hence i want justice by refunding of my balance back to me.

According to your mobile assist if you have balance then scheme will be renewed automatically, and if you dont have balance then discontinued .So is it that you should not keep balance in the mobile????????????I want my balance back.Please do the needful or else will be force to take next step.
