I m having an official idea mobile in Akola since the last many many years having no.98122221172 (post paid). I have tried a number of times to get the bill through e-mail but the request has not net materialised.
The best part is that idea does not bother to send the bill even after the due date. The bill is sometimes received after many days after due date and sometimes not received at all. Number of my requests have failed to elicit any positive response from idea.
They are however very prompt in restricting the outgoing calls and sms service from the next day of the due date not bothering whether the customer has received the bill or not.
I AM NOW SERIOUSLY THINKING OF SWITCHING OVER TO A NEW OPERATOR. WE HAVE GOT MAY CORPORATE OFFERS ON HAND.
