my post paid cell no. 9831922496, after several requests to your call centre & your bill office salt lake city centre i did not receive yet my bills since 6 months, my address is Mission Bari, Thakdari Mission Para, Salt Lake Ward No.1 via Polenhite Kalamandir, Kolkata – 700102. hope you would correct the address and send the bills regularly & in time. most slow and unreliable system for online payment. Wasted full one day to make payment. Better to pay in nearby centre by cash or drop cheque. Don’t know how
Airtel is boosing for their Broadband when their own system is not working in perfect manner. They should first set their own house in order.
