Customer care service is not good , they don’t reply good and not solve the problem as for customer satisfaction . I am tired of calling CC . Network problem … evrytime CCE will say Server busy etc ,,,and smthing like that fucking excuses …. i hate such kind of common answers …

The rate cutter should be allowed more than one simultaneously.

One day rate cutter should be charged for 24 hours effects.

I dont know whats going on coz my outgoing gets blocked suddenly and then when i lodge a compaint its resoled again after 10 days it hets blockes.I dont know but have to say that the service is no good……

I HAVE PURCHSED NEW AIRCEL CONNECTION, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 800/- AND GIVEN RS 500/- AS TALKTIME AND 150 MINUTES FREE FOR 12 MONTHS EACH AND 300 MONTHLY MESSEGES FOR 12 MONTHS. I HAVE TO CONFIRM THE EXACT AMOUNT OF RECHARGE TO BE PAID BY ME THAT I HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY CHARGED RS 800/- FOR THE SAID PLAN
